2 Weekend Adventures

 The weekend before Thanksgiving there was another NOV 4x4 weekend. Except this time it was rough camping. No cabins, no toilets, nothing. Now Grammy is not a big fan of drop toilets and tent sleeping truth be told... she's more of a shopping, restaurants and margaritas kind of girl so she and I did a little 3 night MSC cruise out of Durban. It was.... just. fine. Not magical, not great, but a nice break from cooking and the people watching was spectacular. We met some really nice people too and that was great. We cruised to some Islands off the coast of Mozambique and there was no dock so we had to be tendered. What an experience!

Meanwhile in a study in contrasts, Dad and the kids were roughing it in the Baviaanskloof and experiencing some fabulous weather and a wild river. There were no dogs allowed where they went but once again Roxy was snuck in. She's gotta come with!

 You can't complain about going on a 3 day cruise but after seeing these pictures I think the B-Kloof wins wouldn't you say?
